The $700,000 asking price for this vintage two bed/two bath includes a dinning area, a separate office, two assigned parking spots and a storage space. (A very fair price in my professional opinion) But, let's be honest, owning a floor in this historic Gold Coast building is pretty priceless!

So much history is alive within these walls, which date back to 1887! My favorite period-specfic-specific features include the decorative original stained glass windows, and the heavily layered molding throughout. I found the coffered ceilings to be a a little unnecessary and distracting because they aren’t original. Here’s a tip — a quick way to tell if the coffered ceiling is original is to look at how it aligns and lives within the other features of the home. The molding on the ceilings here doesn’t align over the fireplace, which is why I doubt it’s original.
